Eisinger Kilbane

John Kilbane and Roger Eisinger Jr. (shown here, left to right, with Air Rights II under construction over the tracks behind them).  Air Rights was named for the leases negotiated with the B&O Railroad, which simply meant leasing the air space over the tracks.  Further commercial development includes the third Air Rights Building, the Bethesda Sport & Health Club, the Guest Quarters, the Apex Building at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue, the Hampton Square office building and condominium on the entire block bounded by Woodmont, Montgomery and Hampton Lane, and numerous developments up-county.
